Notes:

1. Observed with 3.0m telescope at Mauna Kea.
2. I expect to receive a tape that I can reduce soon.
3. 7x50 binoculars at Mauna Loa, visual.  His times are wrong
   because he did not have an accurate WWV source. If I slide the 
   chord 4 seconds I get better agreement with others.
4. Observed with 11-inch Celestron SCT.
