Subject: Arethusa occultation timed in Florida and Texas

Chris,
      Thanks for your observation near, or maybe s., of Preston's
central line.  Paul Maley also timed the occultation visually from
about 30 miles n. of Edinburg, TX, north of the central line
(he was forced to go north due to clouds).  He would have gotten video
but his image intensifier died.  I'm copying this to others in and
near the path in southern Florida to see if by any chance they
observed it.

P.S.  Richard Nugent also timed the occultation from southern
Texas, obtaining a video recording of the event.
